These meditations begin as easy exercises for the mind to grasp then move into deeper and a more fulfilling practice, based in centering and awareness. These meditations are not affiliated with any belief systems, though we use many of the long-tested practices used in the majority of all ancient spiritual practices. We seek continued growth throughout our lifetime, therefore our practice must always be evolving.
Movement, Sound, and Mediation
Gather, amplify, and utilize the subtle energies which exist all around us! Build and restore your energy systems and the physical body. We utelize a unique combination of movement (Tensh Ki – which is similar to Tai Chi), Sound (humming, toning, and mantras) and meditation.
Bridging the Gap for Couples
This is an experimental class. Some key elements that we will be focusing on are practical tools for relating, playful loving games and exercises, accessing our truths in our relationships, meditation, centering exercises, movement and freeing ourselves of stories and judgements.
Flourishing begins by taking advantage of the opportunities for growth that are presented before us. Sometimes the greatest journey is the distance traveled between two people. Return to your center by honoring your relationship with yourself and your partner.
Weekly and monthly toning classes offered locally.
Vocal toning starts one breath and one tone at a time. We will be exploring wordless open vowel sounds and simple mantras to create harmony and balance within the mind, body, and spirit. Focusing on healthy breathing, bringing about a shift in awareness, joy, and surrender to what is.
This and other of our classes and workshops utilize toning and humming. Here are a few of the amazing benefits of these self-created sounds:
