This introduction to meditation class will assist you in developing a proper sitting position, as well as, explore what basic meditation is and its benefits.
In order to enrich your meditation experience we will introduce a specific mudra (hand position) and a concentration point.
This practice will benefit anyone no matter what your beliefs are. These meditations are not affiliated with any religion or belief system, as these tools are simply a form of concentration practice which allows you to experience awareness of your own thoughts and how they effect your daily life.
