Mantra and Japa.. the 40 day challenge
This is a repetitive toning/chanting meditation practice that can assist one in generating inner peace, happiness, vitality and balance.
We will focus on 4 inspiring mantras. You will learn how to pronounce and practice each one working with the mala. (108 beads)
You will then choose one mantra and work with it for 40 days. We will meet once then come back together at the end to share our experiences and answer any questions and share in one last practice.
